I’ve been going to hourglass for a few years now and I love every minute of it! Whitney has been my lash connoisseur for many years, she is definitely the best in town!! And over the past few months I’ve learned so much from Morgan about my skin care needs. I always leave Hourglass feeling like a brand new me. Easy 5 star rating if not more!!
Overall a wonderful experience. Staff was courteous and professional. I had an eyelash lift and eyebrow wax completed by Morgan. She was so awesome and talked me through the process as it was my first time. I had a concern the next day and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered!
This is the BEST stop for all things beauty in Lexington and all surrounding areas! I go to Hourglass for EVERYTHING almost weekly! I get hair cuts and extensions by Gretchen, Lashes by Isabel (or anyone available because they are all great!), and skin by Jordan and Amber! I have had spray tans, facials laser hair removal as well and more! I’ve never seen a more productive facial as the Hourglass Deluxe. After I get it I truly think I have makeup on when I don’t for the next couple days! I would trust anyone on their staff! They are so professional, clean, and the friendliest people! They are highly educated and trained in their respective skills. I would trust them with anything! I’ve never liked my lashes or hair better since I’ve been going there! Beth, the owner, is very receptive to anyone’s needs and has created the cutest one stop shop for beauty! I truly can’t say enough good things about it!
The absolute BEST experience! Morgan and all of the staff are so professional. I got a brow wax and they have never looked better! The entire experience from start to finish is amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you Morgan!
Dakota Cravens did my lashes a few weeks ago and I am OBSESSED! She did a great job, was friendly and professional and took her time to make sure they looked great. Highly recommend!
