Massage Envy

I normally never write reviews on here but today I just have to after being WRONGFULLY CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I 1. DIDNT RECEIVE AND 2. FOR BEING LIED TO OVER THE PHONE AND STILL GOT CHARGED AN AMOUNT THAT WASNT DISCUSSED!! I would never recommend anyone to go to this company or this location for that matter! The representative that was on the phone was pretty rude when I tried to explain to her I was never made aware of an RESCHEDULE FEE! Now okay cool I didn't want to argue I accepted the fee but they charged me way more than I was told for that fee! I will in fact be going to this location tomorrow to speak with the District Manager, and once again WATCH OUT BOOKING THIS LOCATION! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ! If I could give them zero stars I WOULD!

Completely ignored my phone calls and messages for 30 plus minutes while I struggled with their website to update my payment method, because they need one to book, but the website wouldn't let me update my payment method at all so I couldn't book my appointment. Meanwhile they did not pick up the phone after calling 5 times and leaving 2 voice messages and then GAVE AWAY the appointment I had been trying to schedule for 30 minutes. Literally zero customer service.

This Massage Envy location is home to the most wonderful staff there is. My therapist does exactly what I need her to and the front desk ladies and managers have been nothing but top-tier professional. They always ask how I’m doing and even know me by name when I walk in! If you have a bad experience at this place, then it’s definitely you’re own fault.

So fantastic, the best quality services offered around! Excellent customer service and great products and services. Can't wait to be back again. I encourage everyone to try this place out!

This was my first massage and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and relaxing as soon as I walked in the door. It's truly an amazing experience for a great price. I will absolutely be back asap. Highly recommend.
