Sorry to say that a Medspa doesn't do Brazilian waxing for men.nI purchased a Brazilian wax on Groupon because I am looking for a regular spa for this service near my home and wanted to give it a try with Bella Vie. No where in the fine print did it say anything gender specific. The first time I called to book appointment they seemed flustered and asked for a number and name to call back. Waited a week for a call back and never heard, still not being informed of the no male policy for Brazilian. Second call was met with rudeness and the receptionist didn't apologize and said it was left to me to get a refund from Groupon. I also mentioned they could put this info in the things you should know section on their Groupon ad, and said receptionist scoffed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any spa across the globe.
