Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I can't speak to the quality of the actual services because when I tried to book, the stated availability was for one day, but when I received my confirmation, the appointment was booked for 3 days AFTER the day stated availability.nI called to question the booking and was told they had to change the booking because there were no massages available.nThe agent on the phone asked if I would like to book a facial instead because they had facials available on that day. I agreed to book a facial, only to be told that -- oh wait-- they don't actually have facials available! Would I like to book for the next day? Oh wait-- there's nothing available then either!nI'm sure many people like this place (because of the high volume of bookings), but their front office in my experience has been extremely unprofessional. Too bad I don't get to experience what seems to be very popular.

Wonderful environment and great massages. Unfortunately after we signed up for a membership we’ve found nothing but cancellation after cancellation. We planned a big event for my daughter’s 21st birthday and after several cancellations and promises that all would be OK on the 11th hour, 45 minutes before the appointment, we were called and told that my wife’s appointment had to be canceled. I believe this to be a good company with a good product but at least the Lexington location needs a staff with higher ethics. Don’t go to this location, period.

My husband and I tried to book a couples massage but were told they were not allowing that many people in a room due to COVID; no big deal, we settled for scheduling two appointments at the same time in our own rooms (they only had one appointment time available). My husband came out with no complaint other than he had to ask for firm pressure in order to get what he usually expects out of light to medium pressure. I however, I had quite the opposite experience. I stated multiple times my preference for firm pressure; what I got was light to medium. My massage therapist talked to me the entire time (I prefer silence to maximize relaxation) but did not want to be rude; even given my minimal response, he kept talking. There was no use of essential oils or diffusers in the individual rooms to aid in relation, nor was there any use of sound machine or anything to drown out the cars driving by and blaring music outside. I walked out of my 50 minute massage feeling untouched and not a bit more relaxed than when I walked in. I was highly disappointed.

It was very relaxing and a great massage. It was also very affordable. I will be going again.

I had never had a massage before and was a bit nervous, but Jordan made me feel super comfortable! She was both kind and professional and made my first massage a great experience. Everything went really well and I left feeling very relaxed and highly satisfied!
