We worked with Leslie to pick out a recliner for my husband and she was awesome! My husband is all about comfort and I wanted something that wouldn’t be an eyesore. Leslie was very knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Comfort for my husband and stylish upholstery finish for me. We had a really good experience with LA Z BOY furniture gallery in Lexington.

My husband and I went to the Lexington store August 23rd to find a recliner for our nursery for our baby that is due early December. We were helped by Carin, who was very friendly and not pushy, as many sales associates often get the reputation of being. She was helpful and easy to work with and we were happy with our experience.nnWe called at the end of a October to check on an estimated delivery date for our chair. We were told prior that 12 weeks was the turn around time, which was fine. Would put us in about the second week of November. We were told at this point that the chair was not even scheduled to leave the warehouse until the second week of January. It almost doubled the turn around time and, unfortunately, in our situation was not something we could work with.nnWe went back into the store and was helped by Leslie Scott who was amazing. She was friendly and personable. She helped us find a replacement chair, assured us it would be in well before December, and made sure that, although just a little more expensive, we could get it for the same price as our original chair. Yesterday, November 5 (exactly 2 weeks from going back in) we received our chair. Thank you, Leslie!nnDespite the complications with the original chair we ordered and a mini panic that we had, we are very happy with this store. This could have easily been a nightmare somewhere else but they really did the best they could to make the situation right and were so friendly along the way. Customer service really goes a long way, and this store has definitely mastered it.

Helpful salesperson- without being pushy. Disappointed that merchandise was not in stock, but that seems to be the norm right now. Arrival date within reasonable time frame though. I have one La-Z-Boy chair that I've had for several years. It's used daily and still looks like new.

Great value! Superior quality! Logan McKinney, our Design Consultant greeted us promptly and explained their current sales event. Logan then invited us to browse at our leisure but remained available to offer product knowledge. We would definitely recommend Lazy boy and Logan!

Besides Tracy Toney being the BEST sales associate ever, having Hayley Price on staff was the BEST addition to a store I have ever had access to! I loved having a professional decorator at my disposal. She was so helpful! Both of these ladies are great! I would highly recommend them and La Z Boy to everyone! I will never go anywhere else! Well done La Z Boy!
