They are wonderful for keeping you updated with delivery dates and times. Their delivery crew has been wonderful as well. Highly recommend Value city.

Ryan was super helpful and a very knowledgeable salesman. Would definitely do business there again. Delivery went smooth as well and items were professionally placed in the home where they were requested to be placed.

I wouldn't give it 1 star BUT I had to to leave review. We bought it and wasn't told until after we paid for it when we would need to pick up at hamburg location on March 23 21 then that got pushed back to March 31 21 we just got a call saying it needed to be pushed back til April 8 21 I mean come on and then wanna say $170 for delivery.. what!!!!?? Sorry I just want my COFFEE TABLE and ill buy elsewhere! Thanks

I went with my daughter to help her pick out a sofa. She ended up buying a nice full size white sofa. Regular sofa, with three seats. no console in the middle, no reclining. We borrowed a truck and picked it up today at the hamburg store. When she got to her apartment and took it out of the box, it was a brown sofa, with only two seats, both which reclined, and a console in the middle. That is a simple and easy mistake for them to make, but yhe way they acted when we called was awful. My daughter had to call 5 different people, the last of which was a manager who claimed he had talked to Amy, our salesperson, and that she said she had explained to us three times at the store which couch we were buying. 1. When does a sales person ever need to to tell you what you are buying? 2. I get saving face to your boss, but why lie like that, if she really said that to the manager. Now my daughter has to wait until May to get the correct couch, and we have to take the wrong one back ourself and get the other. Horrible people, horrible service.
