Great experience. We were in and out quick. We were greeted and assisted promptly by Sean. He found exactly what we were looking for. He made suggestions, provided information, and looked up items to try to accommodate a quick turn around for delivery. We appreciate his time and effort and ability to find what we were looking for. The items purchased were priced fair. We buy all our furniture from Value City Hamburg location and have always been happy with what we’ve purchased.
Value City employees show a great example of what customer service is suppose to be. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted with the help of the sales rep. When it was time for pickup the pickup team treated me and my furniture with excellent care. I will definitely purchase from this store again.
My husband David and myself were looking for a Loveseat Recliner. We were helped by Sean. He was a very excellent sales person, very personable, polite, and courteous. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the electric, fabrics. and such. We bought it and will be able to get it in a week or 2. We will suggest more people your way. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
We had a great experience. My salesperson was friendly. There was an issue with my first order but the store easily took back the chairs, reordered them, and had them delivered to my house for free. They arrived early which was great and the communication from the store was exceptional. A very positive experience.
