Cameron was great! Bless his heart, we ran him all over that store and changed our minds half a dozen times. He took everything in stride, worked to get us the best deal and as much information as we needed to make our experience the best. Will definitely come back to Ashley Furniture and have Cameron help me with my next purchase!

Jordan Pruitt was a wonderful Assistant to my needs even when I walked in to building. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and he made sure I got the best bed for Myself to be comfortable for the rest of my pregnancy and help me get the best deal on the rest of my furniture. So sweet and was not hesitant to make sure I get the best of the best. Thank you!

Horrible!!! We purchased a bedroom in the beginning of January at your Richmond Kentucky store. We were told by the sales woman that our furniture would arrive in Feb. About two weeks later we were told that our furniture would be arriving earlier. We took apart our bedroom. We had ordered a bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and a door chest. The only thing that arrived was a bed and the door chest which had to be returned as it was broken. The following week we got called that our furniture was here and the only thing we got was a dresser, which surprise was broken. We then received 4 more delivery dates (all in which we took off work) and the night before you cancelled claiming our furniture was not in stock. I called 3 times requesting to speak with a manager and all three times no return call. Finally we got all of our furniture last week, and once again the door chest was broken. We were told we would get a phone call Tues of last week to discuss the broken drawer...and of course no call. I called wed and was told we we had an even exchange scheduled for Tues this week. No one called to schedule a time...so I called yet again. Now we are being told that you guys are going to not exchange but just fix the drawer... With no idea when that will be. Your service is HORRIBLE!!! I spent almost 4500 on furniture and you guys can't get it right. No one seems to know what they are talking about, your managers don't have the balls to call anyone, and we still have broken furniture. We have had it with the service, and will never buy another thing from Ashley. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as soon as I finish this review. The fact that there is no follow through from your managers, goes to show how much you are concerned with customer service. We are no approaching the middle of March and our furniture is still broken and no one has any idea when it will be fixed. Save your money, go anyplace else... seriously any place else!

A big shout out to Cara and Kyle at the Lexington, KY store... They were very patient with my husband and myself who have been going back and forth on a sofa for our new home. We also got the full rundown on the mattresses and found a nice TV stand for my office to boot. Thanks for making the process easy guys. We appreciate it!

Jordan greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was SUPER helpful! It was our first time buying a couch and we had a very specific idea in mind. He answered all of our questions (there were a LOT of questions.) And was very knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back!nMy only complaint is that the store is kind of in a weird spot to get to, but Google and the huge sign out front helped a bit.
