No hassle at all. In fact there wasn’t an associate on the floor at all that I could find. I did have questions about a few items but unfortunately had to go to the counter with them unanswered. So for that I would give a star less. But the girl at the counter, Lauren was polite and knew about some of the things I had questions about. Simply because I couldn’t remember everything once I was waited on. The selection is amazing and the prices are unbeatable. I did purchase one item that I fell in love with but had to wait on the other one because I felt that I couldn’t make an informed decision without any help on the floor. Now, I have to tell you, the warehouse pickup was astonishing. Those guys were amazing!! Super friendly, quick, efficient! I wish all employees were like those guys! Just amazing! The warehouse employees were beyond helpful! The warehouse where you pick up deserves 10 stars!!!
Today was my first visit to Overstock Warehouse and I must say I was impressed. The showroom was clean, organized and had a large assortment of furniture. I discussed my needs with Justin and he was courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. He gave me a quick tutorial on what I needed to do in order to buy furniture. He looked up the availability of several pieces and even helped me find an accent chair to match. Great experience, highly recommend Overstock Warehouse and of course Justin,.nMary Norman
Lauren M. did an incredible job helping us find a sectional. We had a checklist a mile long of things that we wanted/needed for our home, from the cushion comfort level to the particular fabrics and colors we didn't want (seriously, imagine Goldilocks but with couches). Lauren was amazing at showing us the pieces that best fit our needs and our budget, and understood perfectly the issues we faced as pet owners who want a sectional that will last. We will absolutely be doing more of our furniture shopping here, and if you do, make sure to ask for Lauren!
We just bought a home & needed everything. Lauren was Awesome!! We came in on a Friday & they were really busy, but she took her time with us & we never felt rushed. On top of the great prices Overstock has, she managed to save us even more!! Thanks again Lauren, we will definitely come back to you with any future furniture purchases!!
We had a wonderful experience finding a new sectional sofa for our living room! We worked with Jefferson - a no pressure, enjoyable time. Everyone working was super friendly, and the layout of the store gave you plenty of room to try out the pieces, measure size, and be social distant the whole time. I would highly recommend shopping here!
