After reading the reviews I’m at least glad to know it wasn’t just us . Terrible customer service. The young lady at the front desk did a nice job holding up the desk but must have found it too taxing to speak . None of the employees spoke to us despite walking by them multiple times. The kicker , there was no one else in the store . Some nice , over - priced items that we will buy elsewhere . One and done with these clowns
A beautiful store..all beautiful items, a bit over priced. The worst customer service that I have experienced..as in zero customer service. I walked through entire store twice slowly, even had interest in a couple of large pieces. Staff walked by me several times..not once did staff acknowledge me..not 1 hello..not 1 welcome..not 1 can I help you. No other customers in store..so they were not too busy? Snooty. Glad I can spend my money elsewhere.
I love these people! They are so helpful and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The store is amazing...I could spend hours and still want to look. One of a kind store with beautiful merchandise.

My Favorite Things is the best furniture and gift store in Lexington! They have such a wide variety of beautiful and unique items, and the friendly sales staff is always ready to help you find that perfect gift. It's a definite go-to for bridal, baby, and housewarming gifts. They also have a wide selection of unique UK and Kentucky merchandise!
