If you plan on a curbside pick up your better off walking in. I had a set time and tried to call for 10 mins and no ever picked up the phone. Finally went in and said I had an online order for curbside pick and all she did was look at the order to confirm that and handed me my order. What good is gonna due to offer curbside and not a answer your phone. Then the cookie dough was barely chopped. I ordered a quarter and it was mostly ice cream with a few big chunks at the end normally they chop everything up really well. Poor customer service.

I came here 2 times never again.I ask for my ice cream with sprinkles and they just want to put it on top instead of mixing it. I also ordered strawberry ice cream they ran out and didn’t even bother to get more they just gave me what was there my cup didn’t have enough like the other ones I ordered. I rather go to the one in sir Barton they are way better.

well I'm very disappointed. I've been here twice b4 (once in Newport KY, once in TN) and it was great both times. I drove across town to get the only thing ive ever had here, sweet cream with raspberries. The 1st thing was how messy she gave it to me. I went to leave & another patron who was dining outside saw the mess I was battling and suggested going back in and asking them to put it in a bigger cup. i appreciated that and did exactly that. The 2female and 1male employees were all very friendly & worked fast. I got in the car and went to enjoy my treat and this is what I looked down to see. I will attach pics of the runny, melted mess with the thick black hair sticking out of it. there went $5 and a lot of time.

Long wait time, sub par options, slow employees. Definitely much to be desired. 94 from the Health Department. Will not be back.

Says closes at 11 pm. Got here at 10:30 & not a light on in the house. 1st time experience not so good.
