Such a lovely and inviting bakery / coffee shop. The pastries are all made in store and the cakes are delectable. For the past few years we’ve ordered specialty cakes at Christmas and our entire family just raves about the moistness, the smooth chocolate consistency, and the delightful sweet flavors that make it so special! It can be quite busy as a hot spot for breakfast and treats throughout the day. But it is just as inviting as most people seem to know each other. Even if you live on the opposite end of Lexington (or are visiting out of state), I recommend you take the time to find this excellent bakery for a good cup of coffee and something sugary (and savory!).

I've visited many stores and bakery shops to buy some specific cakes deserts but are not comparable to European Delights Bakery. It's the best place to purchase a tasty cakes with many flavors...nIt's worth a try ....nI love it.

My husband Bought Raspberry Sugar cookies and a Princess Cake for Valentine's Day and at the very first bite of one of the cookies we knew this place is something special. The cookie itself was not overly sweet despite the dusting of powdered sugar on top and the raspberry jam/filling gave a wonderful tartness. We haven't tried the Princess Cake yet and I will update this review when we do, but the cookies alone are amazing and clearly have a great deal of care and experience put into making them.

I've heard about this place now for two years and finally made it for a visit. The coffee shop is warm, comfortable and inviting. All of the employees had masks. I didn't see anyone coming in that didn't have one either. People had removed masks while inside sitting at tables and that is only because they were eating or drinking. The seating is spaced for social distancing.nSelection of baked goods is amazing with 4 jam packed cases that are constantly being filled. Excellent taste and presentation. Found the perfect amount of sweetness that took me back to Paris and the amazing baked goods we had there. Melt in your mouth delicious.
