This Pharmacy used to be one of the best in Hood River. But something has changed over this last year or so. I don’t know if it’s management or disgruntled employees but they are lazy about getting things done. Customer service is poor. The wait time is crazy long. I have even heard the Drs offices complain about dealing with them. I guess it’s time to start shopping for a new pharmacy. I will be writing corporate Walmart with my concerns maybe they can make some changes.
Busy place not where I want my prescriptions filled though...
The staff here is always helpful, responsive and patient.
Great staff. Excellent service.
They won't answer the phone 10 minutes before close. Very sad.
