Took my money even though I never moved in, refused to refund it. Don’t deal with this property: there are much better, and more responsive, landlords around who are locally based and care about the community.
The feces and urine in the stairwell made walking out of this building a terrible experience. Rent was way overpriced for a poorly maintained block building, run by overly aggressive staff. It is unfortunate that slum lords like this are able to get away with taking advantage of the living situation of the lower class.
I love living here! There’s a great cable package included in your rent, an awesome WiFi deal for the building, I know the staff by name, laundry and mail on site and my landlord is always on top of things. She is aware of everything happening inside the building and takes the time to know you as a person and not just a tenant
Concrete and bug infested
After a long 9 years of staying here I am looking forward to a more professional perspective and a team work attitude but after the last six months, I leave with the knowledge that no one should be treated the way that is now standard of at Mendenhall, such unpleasant and unprofessional people. I tell everyone that I know not to rent at the Mendenhall towers Apartments.
