DMV Offices - Medford Drive Test Center

I didn't realize until I arrived that you get to line up outside to wait for your appointment. The appointment time given seems to be more of a line up order for the cue. Despite wishing I had worn a coat, the process went quickly as the DMV goes. Once inside it was nice and warm and my agent was a delight to work with. ud83dude42 She was personable, patient, friendly, was excellent at problem solving and had a sense of humor to boot!Thank you Station #8!!! Maybe the post office could learn a thing or two. Overall thumbud83dudc4dud83dudc4d....mark a WIN for the Medford DMV.

I do have to say that I was finally able to be seen on time. Since this has been my third trip there. Once in, fast service. Hopefully it stays this way.

When you think of dmvs, you immediately think of sloth from Zootopia and this DMV absolutely hits the mark there with the level of slowness that they have. But unlike Zootopia the sloth was actually competent and got a tag number. This team is competent at giving you tags. The individuals at the DMV do not know their own regulations, and they're slow beyond slow as in appointment was at 910 and left at 1130. They will require forms that are specifically not needed in their regulation and then send you to the back of the line because they refuse to print them out for you when they apply arbitrary rules.nnI work in the government, and have had a spouse go through the immigration process... We met a man in the INS that couldn't put in a tie on correct... yet I've never found people more incompetent than the individuals found in the Oregon DMV system. Just when you think the bar has hit the bottom, it falls another 6 miles on the rungs to levels that you didn't even know were possible. From my 10 hours on hold to call the 3 whole times, to the 2+ hour wait and arbitrary application of the rules, they deserve the 1 star.nnI wish every individual here the very worst because you consistently make my life hard for no apparent reason.

Lady calling appointment times was awesome! My wife had an appointment; I didn't! The lady told me they weren't letting in extra people unless they had an appointment for that time. I said ok went back to the car! Wifey went inside and got done what she had an appointment for. Didn't actually take too long! Standing in line waiting took longer! The rain sucked!

Is it safe to say medford DMV as well as many of the dmv's in the state of Oregon have failed to implement a plan to get people their license, registration and ID card, amoung other things during this pandemic?! Sending people to different counties all over the state because your local dmv has not restructured their location to accommodate the influx of residents needing license renewals.nnThe phone lines are just an ongoing stalling tactic with no real way of finding a solution to getting an appointment. The website isn't any better. The medford DMV does not appear to be that crowded, yet your appointments are 2 months out?!! Maybe consider opening at 8:00 am instead of 10?!! Aren't you considered essential?nnOne big fail medford DMV!!
