This place used to be great. Now it isn't much better than other low budget hotels. I requested weekly turndown service since I don't need a clean room every day but never got it. The only time did get my room cleaned in the 3 weeks I was there, they didn't make my bed. I came back after a 12 hour shift and I still had to completely make the bed. I asked if it could be made the next day and it never got done. It took 3 days. Finally the grab and go breakfast is not even worth it. We pay more now for so much less here from last year. Not sure if I will return again.

The workers were real wonderful. Never any issue with getting anything I needed. The manager was amazing and real friendly.

Pool and work out room is awesome. Dinner and Breakfast selection amazing. Love the bath tubs and awesome rooms.

Walls and floors extremely thin, normal walking and movement from room above you is very loud. Found dirty clothes from previous room occupant under the bed. Front desk didn't even look up from their phone when my wife went to ask a question. Current quality doesn't seem to meet the standards I've become familiar with at Hilton properties.

My partner & I had the most upgraded room, we stayed in room 421, although there was a lot of space, when we arrived in our room we noticed dirty furniture, & when we got out the dishes provided in the room, one of the plates was fully dirty with oil & crumbs. Our bed was comfortable, but the TV in the room did not work, the other tv had very limited channels, our water in the shower was completely backwards & upside down with no note or heads up given, the shower water pressure was extremely & uncomfortably high. We also ended up hearing the entire class lesson going on in the room next to ours, this hotel is very noisy, & you can hear through the walls. We ended up moving hotels the next morning.
