Not answering phones or returning calls.I was on hold with them for 30 min or so only to be disconnected. If that wasn't frustrating enough, their answering machine was full so I couldn't even leave a message. (I called three more times in the course of 2 weeks and was not able to get through to anyone or leave a message). Went to their web site to make an appt that way, but it didn't appear I could. I was finally able to talk to a live person the other day, only to be told they would have someone call me back. Well, I still have yet to hear from anyone, so I went ahead and stopped by the building to see if I could make an appt that way, but it didn't appear anyone was there. Ended up leaving a message as it appears their answering machine is working again, but I'm very skeptical about getting a call back.. Very frustrating, and ridiculous.

Never answer the phone and voicemail box is full. I’ve been on hold for hours

Got our son his first shot today and front desk lady was amazing explaining everything to me I had so many questions this was my first time the dr that gave him the dtap was also amazing all around great service

Staff is very helpful and also they are extremely nice. They make you feel welcome and will answer any questions you have to the best of their knowledge.
