Bob is a great guy to deal with. He made us a good deal on our spa, accessories and chemicals. He also has the best woods stoves on the market.

While the owner has a slight tendency to encourage the customer to think for themselves on occasion...we had an awesome experience with this company and its products. Every part of the process was prompt, professional, and even fun!!! Thanks a bunch for keeping us warm and cozy Bob & Son.
