The perfect balance of crispy on the outside and moist dough inside. The toppings are perfectly proportional to the size of the donut. Good variation of flavor combinations. I was really surprised by the cold brew. It was phenomenal. I love a fried donut that doesn't give you fry-oil-mouth-after-taste and these don't. We just moved ro the area and drove past this food truck a few times before checking it out. The donuts were so good we ended up buying another 8-pack before leaving the parking lot! We will be back soon.
