This place makes amazing bread and other baked goods.. like better than any other brand I've tried. For someone with celiac disease in a rural area, the 50 minute drive here is more than worth it. So grateful! Even my non-celiac fiancee has converted to gluten-free (thereby making our home safer for me!) since we found this bread -the texture and taste of everything we have tried is insane! (in a good way)

So delicious! I'm not gluten free, but everything I had was so good! We got the baguette, sticky bun, the blue cheese caramelized onion and balsamic sourdough, and some of the pastries. It's making my mouth water just to write about it!

Best gluten free and dairy free bread on the West Coast! They have the best gfdf pizza dough crust, sourdough rolls, and pastries. Freshly baked every morning, this place is a weekly visit for our family.

I wandered in to the marketplace rather by accident than design. This booth drew me in instantly, as I am always searching for grain free/gluten free items that I actually want to eat. Well, I must say, I have finally found the baker who can do that!!! I bought 3 different items, each one better than the last. The things I tried are the best I’ve had, across the board. Now I need to go back, this might need more research...much more!
