Adventure Whitewater

Marissa was an exceptional guide! I went on a rafting trip with 7 family members the day after my Grandmother ‘s funeral. Two members of which had never been rafting before - Ages 70 and 80. The other family members had minimal experience and no one wanted to row. Marissa did a fine job assessing the needs of the group and accommodating on every level. She rowed more than usual and was very engaging and conversational, even when the conversations went deep or haywire. I would recommend Adventure Whitewater because of their professional guides and patience for novices. The guides have a palpable love for the outdoors and an eagerness to show others the beauty of the natural world. Thank you so much, Marissa!!

They did an absolutely awesome job, with very friendly people. We loved our guide, Darnell. He was extremely friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to share his knowledge regarding the area, the sights as well as his knowledge of the river. It's a great river for first timers to have some fun and get wet without feeling uneasy.

It was great! The guides were super friendly. They told us facts about the areas we went by. We stopped and searched for rocks, we saw 2 Bald Eagles and an Osprey nest. It was the perfect day!

We had so much fun! Marissa made this experience even better! She has jokes! My son rated this #2 of our 10 Day Vacation! (Mt. Rushmore was #1) This is a great family experience for all ages! This Texas family will do this again when we are back in the area!

The best experience and adventure. We had a awesome ride and saw several wild life. We did the half day trip. 2.5 hours on the water and a bus ride back. Shout out to our guide, Darnell. Recommend you bring a change of clothes. Bring a water for the trip. Leave camera in your car. The guide will take photos if you ask.
