Horrible place to go. Lady was rude and her work was bad. Not professional did not feel welcomed. Asked to get them fixed and she was mad about. So I asked to take them off told me “that take to long plus waste of time if you are not getting your money back” I DO NOT recommend this place you are better off with stick on nails.

Terrible customer service, no customers where in the spa when I arrived, but I wasn't greeted, female worker looked up momentarily but then looked back down at her phone. I asked politely if they did brow waxing, she continued looking at her phone. Abit louder I said excuse me does anyone work here. That actually got her attention. She slammed her phone down and stood up. I began to repeat my question about there services, when she interrupted me directing me to follow her... I turned around and started for the exit. She was saying something as I was walking out but I couldn't hear her, I decided to just leave.nnI'm unsure if she was having a bad day or was being judgemental. Either way, I'm not spending a penny there. I like to leave beauty spa's feeling beautiful Inside and out. I most certainly didnt feel that way after this experience.

This place is terrible. Do not go here. The employees scream at you over the phone and claim to be the owner. My sister in law went in and the value of the work was terrible. She asked for them to be removed and the lady aggressively pulled her hand and told her she’s not getting a refund. That removing nails takes a “long time” We attempted to call to speak with someone who isn’t working belligerent. But the employee claims she’s the owner and doesn’t let you get a word in. She was saying I was rude for asking to speak with someone higher up.

I went in for a new set of nails. The girl who did my nails was very rough. Cut my fingers from filing so rough. I walked out with a horrible set of nails. Not only did I get told “short nails are ugly” but was treated poorly. Would not recommend to anyone.
