We have used Western Living to buy a few different pieces of furniture (including our Cal King mattress) They have a beautiful selection and are always very friendly, but not pushy. We had a problem with sagging on our mattress that was only a couple of years old. We worked with Jared and he was able to warranty our mattress. The process was fairly quick and simple. If you’re in the surrounding area I definitely recommend Western Living!!
The staff are always efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have gone to other stores including those on the Wasatch front but have never been as overly impressed as I am in our own local establishment! The order came in quickly, was efficiently delivered by a competent delivery department. In short, I may look at inventory in other store for comparison, but I will never buy anywhere else!

Excellent customer service, great prices, and beautiful furniture! Everyone was very helpful in getting us the perfect recliner for our family - from the providing of a custom leather sample to the ordering of the chair to the tracking of its production and finally to the delivery to our home!
