DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER. I’ve spent over $6,000 for HORRIBLE customer service. The staff turnover rate is insane. And once you sign, there is NOTHING you can do to get your money back. They make you wait to schedule with them, then tell you your contact expired. I cannot express how horrible every single one of my experiences was. RUN!! There are so many other medical spas that have better reviews & that are helpful!
Kristen Kozlowski who helped me with financing, Florence, Holly and ESPECIALLY MARISSA at the Albuquerque Coors Bypass Location are professional, kind, helpful and were a true joy to work with!nI couldn’t ask for better people to see when in comes to treatments. Kristen was so patient and willing to help me find the right treatments, prices. Marisa was professional, careful, efficient and knowledgeable. She spoke with confidence and care. Florence also helped me tremendously by getting my new patient forms in a timely manner and also was professional and kind.nHolly called today to ask how I was doing after treatment and was compassionate and caring, informative and kind.nWhat a wonderful group of ladies!
No one is answering my calls. I'm paying for service that I'm not getting and they keep taking money out of my account. The number of negative reviews on this matter is appalling. You would think the company would send out an email to it's consumers explaining what might be going on. I use to not have any problems with this company and had good experiences. The way they are still making consultations and taking people's money knowing what is going on Is disturbing. I think it's in all of our best interest to contact the BBB!!
Everyone made me feel comfortable and gave me all the knowledge and answered all of my questions seeing that this was my first time here. The staff was friendly and took all precautions with the pandemic I felt very safe and satisfied at the Albuquerque location.
The staff at the Albuquerque, Ideal Image are knowledgeable, thorough in making sure I get what I want with my physical goals. The office is clean and modern. The prices for treatment are quite reasonable and affordable to everyone.nI recommend Ideal Image whole heartily to the consumer who wishes to invest in self-care.
