I am not one to venture out to another salon, but in times of needing a rebase before we are shut down again, I found Kim Vi Nails & Spa to have the best reviews in Rio Rancho plus they were gladly willing to schedule a last minute appt for my Mom and I. I can't say enough about this spa. Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional even at 8pm when they completed our nails. I am very particular about my nails and after many failed experiences, I only go to a specific spa in Albuquerque BUT I am adding Kim Vi's in Rio Rancho! Boie was my technician and she was on point in how I wanted my nail shape and thickness and paid close attention to cleaning up my cuticles (which I have found many Spa's to overlook). Friendly and fast. Service was very thorough and clean. I was happy with the results! Got a wax and my daughter got a mani pedi. They even have great facemasks for sale!
I have anxiety really bad and I went there for the first time to get my eyebrows done 10$ and the woman that did them was amazing sweet and made me feel very comfortable which is a big thing for me. I will continue to go to her as long as she is there.
