I like a shampoo and hair cut, but unfortunately there still is no hot water at this store. With COVID-19, the store reopened in June, they didn't have hot water then and they still don't. I have always had positive experiences with the stylists at this store and don't want to be forced to go elsewhere.

Two weeks the manager said they would fix the water heater. I have one stylist that I like and have recommended to others. Since September the water heater has been out. I did my hair color again there and still no water heater. It’s not the stylists fault for this. No reason why it hasn’t been fixed. We the customers would like the water heater fixed so we can continue coming back. We will all be forced to go elsewhere. Winter is here and cold water is not acceptable from a corporate business.

Next time I think may just stick my head in a dumpster fire and save the $20. Great value if you want to sit in somebody else's hair for 24 minutes while a pot breathed stylist with the hand eye coordination of a peanut releases their pent up anger at your head.
