I have been getting massages from Kate for about 2 years. She is a kind and generous woman who puts her soul into what she does. She always makes sure that she is in her best condition so that she can give you an unbelievable massage every time! I have never had a massage from Kate where I felt she did not give her full attention to the aches and pains I’ve disclosed. She is very professional and checks in with you before beginning every massage to make sure that she addresses any new concerns since your last visit. After the massage she always makes sure to offer any feed back about stretches, teas, and other healing outlets to further assist you in addressing your problem areas in-between massages. I highly recommend Kate to anyone in the Los Alamos area looking for a beyond incredible massage therapist! I cannot say enough good things about her! Her massages make a great resource for self-care as well as wonderful gifts for loved ones. My family always looks forward to getting a massage gift card from Kate on the holidays.
Kate is very dedicated and makes sure that each massage is exactly what you need. From relaxing and stress reducing to intense and knot destroying, Kate makes sure she targets what you need during each session. I always make sure to get a deep tissue massage after a backpacking trip!
I have been going to Kate Sandoval for almost 3 years now, she is the BEST!! She always spends time with me before our session to see where I am, what my needs are. There is an environment of trust,her space is very relaxing. No matter how I feel before my massage I feel balanced,refreshed & renewed afterwards.
I enjoy having sessions that are customized to my particular needs. The combination of massage and energy work is superior to just a massage.
