Darnell was great he was very patient and kind. Services were great the property had plenty of room for parking. The building made you feel welcomed. The only problem was the chapel and the reception area needed a good cleaning. Especially with the new COVID guidelines. I also mentioned if it would be cleaned before services.
When my late wife committed suicide on December 24, 2007, I remember Daniel's Family Funeral Services was the first place I called. I will never forget the professional and compassionate service they gave me. I am forever grateful to Daniel Family Funeral Services for the great customer service I received.
They did everything they could to make a hard situation into something that was more manageable and easier to deal with. Reverend Smith took care of everything for us. It was a huge weight off of the family. I can't even begin to thank him and his staff enough for the care and understanding they showed us. I truly appreciate everything they did.
Very professional made me feel comfortable understood what I wanted listened to me completely.
