My father passed away in February and a headstone plaque was paid for but apparently never ordered when we questioned them 2.5 months later. We addressed the issue and was told it would get taken care of. Here we are 5 months later and it is still unmarked. It is an awful feeling when your loved ones are gone and their graves are not taken care of. They have not held to their end of the bargain. Disgraceful. Makes me wonder if we will have to bring a lawsuit...
Caring, compassionate and treats your loved one as they would want someone to treat theirs. Great staff.
Was told the headstone for my grandma was in and a work order was in. 2 weeks later the headstone was still not placed nor was my grandpas. Also the veterans graves have continuously been covered in mud. I have cleaned them with my bare hands. A complete disgrace.
