I had a great experience at this location, and team member Anthony helped me find the phone that best suited my needs for my budget. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Just really great customer service overall. I have gone into this location multiple times and am always impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the employees here. WOW!nif I could double the stars for TCC Ellensburg, I would, without hesitation - AMAZING customer service - I worked with Kai to switch from a very shady mobile service to Verizon - and it was, to put it lightly, a great experience, across the board. Kai was helpful, patient, attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and funny!! I find a sense of humor is one of my top criteria for excellent customer service, and Kai met me in wits!nthe products and services he recommended are exactly what I need, and I will highly recommend TCC to anyone looking for a cell provider, hardware, and/or information... THANK YOU KAI!!
