Kohl's

Prices are okay on some items other item's are high priced. They do have a money saving program with kohl's cash and deals or sales all the time which is nice. Pretty good if mostly shopping for clothing.

As if Kohl’s customer service didn’t run at a sloths pace already, they added Amazon returns to their understaffed scheme. When it originally began they at least had a separate Amazon returns area in the middle of their store- that was great! And in typical Kohl’s fashion they did away with what was great and customer friendly and traded it in for making all returns and exchanges go through their already painfully slow returns counter. Well done Kohl’s! You made me realize why I hate shopping there and now returning on-line purchases there! Shop local when you can folks- but know how it will be on the return side if you shop Amazon! I’d like to say that most of the staff are friendly- not all but most- some can be downright rude- but it’s not the employees fault that the way Kohl’s has run its business for the last 15 years or so in Pueblo is to understaff and under deliver on customer service. The choice of clothing was good, customer service not so much. Took me a while to locate someone to help me. Then at check out the cashier was less than helpful.

Love this store it is always clean and has nice staff never wait in line to long and i always walk out with a smile or happy and same with my kids or grandpa and grandma

My wife's favorite store. But for me.... a long wait. But jewelry staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
