As both a former employee and subscriber of Verizon, I believe I've a bit more experience and knowledge of communications companies than most of John Q. Public. That being said, after switching to Metro PCS more than 2 years ago, I have had NO complaints, issues regarding service, or arguments about the bill AT ALL!! They're remarkably up-front and transparent, with no hidden fees or service charges. I get much better reception throughout my area of southern New England than the so-called #1 network (according to VZ) in the country. And my bill is less than half of Verizon's!!!

Terrible service would not recommend going here. He charged me just to look at my phone and do nothing useful to it. He was very rude and unprofessional ! I only went here as a last resort because my favorite store on manton ave was closed. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here for anything.
