I have been suffering from chronic back and neck pain for years with the last week being some of the worst. Being a big guy, 6’ 250lbs, it’s hard to find someone strong enough to get those tough spots. I called and left a message at Advanced Bodywork Therapy and Kylan called back within an hour and got me on the schedule with Val.nnI have had many massages in my life, and none of them compare to the one I received today from Val. She is thorough and found and addressed all of my problem areas. Most massage therapists I’ve been to spend 1/3 to 2/3s of the appointment on relaxation, not addressing the pain points.... not Val. She spent the entire visit addressing the issues. Thank you. I carry a boatload of stress in my shoulders and back... for the first time in years, I have zero tension in my neck and shoulders. My hips and lower back are much better as well. As a disabled veteran dealing with chronic pain as an everyday part of life, you have given me hope that maybe not everyday has to be that way. Thank you Val, Kylan and Advanced BodyworkTherapy.nnAdditionally, Kylan is super-responsive with communication, be it directions, scheduling, or aftercare questions.
