I cannot say enough good things about this Dunkin. Food is amazing, customer service is impeccable, and food is always delivered on time! Shout out to Hailie, my favorite employee! She’s the best!
Never the same people working and coffee never tastes the same! The price for a medium iced coffee2 pumps caramel black is almost $3 .... i love my DD's but its getting to be too much for me! That too much to pay for a cup of coffee. Try taking some sandwhich items off the menu. Stick to THE BASICS...
This Dunkin Donuts is inside shell convenience store on rt 6 in Johnston. The coffee was freshly brewed and had good selection of donuts and muffins. The only issue was the line and wait. Only 1 person working behind counter,which caused them to loose a couple sales that day!

This location is horrible with customer service! The people that make the sandwiches are always messing up orders and they slam it down on the counter when its ready! This morning even the cashier was very rude, will not be back even though its right next to my house!
