Big Lots

Absolutely great customer service. You do not get that kind of care anymore. I found a dining room table set. But they didn't have in stock. So the wonderful gentleman looked it up for me, found a store, called and reserved it for me to pickup. He went above and beyond. Give this man a raise!!!

This is a nice big lots store, well run. I've been going here for years. I'm not gonna lie, I've always been drawn to big lots for their tools section. They always had three or four big aisles full of tools, including power stuff, hand tools, electrical items and so on. It seems like in the latest story organization they got rid of that. I'm not sure how much I want to buy furniture from them, but tools I liked quite a bit. Still a nice store, still clean and well organized.
