Yeah I was one woman there a names start with a j Jenna I think her name is but she knows her stuff she helped me with my phone in less than 15-20 minutes T-Mobile got it goin on
Came in to get a screen protector replaced for new S20 Galaxy. Purchased insurance and all bells in whistles to get 100+ phone bill for 1 line only to get little to no effort in getting the 3rd screen protector placed on phone i had less than a month. The man at the location said he couldn't help me due to Corona and short shipments for free protector. So I called another branch and was told thats not true they all can replace and they would be more than happy to help. So in all I would t recommend this store they just their to collect a check. I wasn't even asked my phone number or name until I came back with a other store on the line.

I really don’t like this T-Mobile location Whenever I come here I feel like they treat me like I’m in the way and like I’m making your job harder it always seems like they really don’t want to help I really don’t like going to the one in the mall but the one in the mall has a lot more better customer service I love T-Mobile just not this location
Great atmosphere and quick service. Nice employees who are very informative and personable. Would recommend his store anytime someone would need to go to a physical store to handle their plan.
