Refreshingly, I dealt directly throughout the entire process with Juan Garcia (owner). He thoughtfully explained what the job required and why. Unlike the other bids I received on the job, he explained why some of the up-sell features where unnecessary (even could be a problem in future). He took the time after completing job to explain maintenance, and even gave me advice about other projects I intended to do in future. Its been over a month since completion and there have been no problems with the work. I recommend Artistic Improvement HIGHLY.

Juan Carlos is very profesional, he quoted us with a great price and the job was done within 2 weeks following all the specifications. He did great work on my roofing and stucco looks better than expected!! Juan Carlos was very considerate of covering my landscape and my concrete floor. Highly recommended. I had my house re-roofed and re-stuccoed 17 months ago. Both jobs completed with exceptionally good results and at a very good price. The house still looks fantastic to this day. I recently put my house up for sale and had a home inspection. They found that one of the plumbing vent stacks did not meet the height requirement. This had nothing to do with the roofing job preformed by Artistic Improvements. However, I called Artistic Improvements to see if they could fix the issue. The very next day the owner came to my house and took care of the repairs. This quick action kept the sale of the house moving forward with no delays. I am very grateful for such immediate response and sincerely believe that you will not find any better service, quality workmanship and value from any other roofing/stucco business.
