Unique in the heart of downtown Cleveland, set in a warehouse, using an old freight elevator to access the space is a haven for creative expression and healing. A beautiful, warm hearted, welcoming Brazilian woman and her family have fostered a community of dancers, artists, and seekers. Laura's offerings include Ayurvedic massage and practices, 5 Rhythms dance, treks to India, and more. The studio itself presents an old hard wood floor, canvases at various stages of creation, and art installations amidst a peaceful Buddha fountain and the smell of palo santo. The 5 Rhythms moving meditation practice was fun, engaging, educational, and transformative - a recommendation for anyone in the area, no matter your background or interests. Laura has a gift of making all feel welcome, included, and seen. Cleveland is blessed to have this type of community space.
