Clairance, who claims to be the new manager here kept my cash payment and did not apply to my account. Also charged for monthly insurance on phone that I said I did not want, which did not appear on my account. The gal who used to run this store was great. New employee is a direct rip off. I had to get new phone and carrier. Use another outlet.

Metropcs is a good cell phone company. You get what you pay for! The service is okay.
