This is a great team of employees. I strongly recommend this store out of all the Tmobile stores I've been to. Everyone here is insightful and not at all pushy. Very friendly and met all my needs. Thanks Tmobile employees! ud83eudd1cud83eudd1b

Go to the T-mobile in Silverdale!!! They hardly have anything in stock at this location. They also told me I would need 500$ down in order to purchase a phone but it later turned out to be that I needed 0$ down. Went in with 3 issues and they were unable to solve any of them. The next day a different T-mobile location along with over-the-phone costumer service were able to provide me with accurate information and help me with all my issues. And help me upgrade my phone for 0$! Not sure why they told me some pretty bizarre false information in this store. ud83dude2d

Went into T mobile today to switch from Verizon, was definitely a good decision. Ashley helped us get new phones and into a new plan that has way more to offer at a way better price...saved us a lot of money! Had some issues with one of the phones later on (Verizon not being helpful), and Ashley and the store manger exhausted all efforts to get the problem resolved! These guys went above and beyond helping us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Clean store, friendly employees and excellent customer service!!
