Naaman at the Trails Verizon store was the best Verizon Customer Service Rep I have ever had in my 16 years as a customer. I have been singing his praises to everyone for the past 2 weeks and recommending this Verizon store for solving all needs: repairs, resolving phone fixes, purchases, anything. Naaman has been with Verizon for many years, and I had lost contact when he changed stores and this new one opened up. He will try to help save you money and NOT try to make any easy salesperson commission. He clearly had the customer's best interests at heart and had won me over as a life-long Verizon customer. Thank you Naaman for your excellent service and kind-hearted approach to all who enter Verizon's doors!

I was immediately greeted by Jeremy and Garrett upon entering the store. Both were very kind and professional, and Jeremy tended to selling me a phone. Garrett (the assistant manager) was very kind and gave really positive direction/reassurance to Jeremy when he asked for it (though Jeremy seemed to be very competent in his position. He really wanted to make sure he was giving me a good experience, and he did!). Jeremy listened to me and my requests, and was very kind and courteous.nnGarrett seemed very suited to his position- the interactions that I had with him proved that he was very knowledgeable, and was confident (but not overtly/egregiously so). I would recommend this location and these employees to anyone looking to Verizon for a phone, service, or a wireless experience.
Great service and the manager of the store makes you feel like a friend. She will help with any phone problems you may have with your phone.
I am an older person (71 years) and have difficulty with technology and Vicki was very patient , she helped me with everything I asked , I wouldn't go anywhere else than the poulsbo verizon
