Dan and the guys are excellent. As a small business owner in the home remodeling industry myself, I utilize Dan and his guys on all my carpet installations and I buy all of my flooring products from him as well. Customer service is excellent, installs are always done professionally and efficiently. I would recommend Dan the Carpet Man to anyone and everyone.

We got good quality carpet at a good price. Quick service, we went to the store on Saturday, he came an quoted us our price on Monday and installed on Tuesday.

This business has terrible customer service. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up 6 hours late. I was told the crew would be at my house around 9 or 930. They arrived at 315. I called a couple times and was told each time that they would be there soon.nnThe worst part is nobody took responsibility for the delay. The store told me that the crew went to a different job. The crew leader told me they weren't ever scheduled for the job.nnIf you don't mind waiting around all day, then you'll love this business. I won't ever patronize them again, and don't recommend you do either.

Just bought carpet from Dan the carpet man. Just installed it today. Great prices . Wish I would have'known about this place years ago. Could have saved lots of money.The installers were great also. Got here right on time did a wonderful job laying the carpet and cleaning up when finished. The carpet is beautiful. Would recommend Dan the carpet man to anyone wanting carpet or flooring. We couldn't be more pleased.
