I was very pleased with the customer service provided at this store when purchasing mattresses for my family. We worked with Rich, and he was professional, informative, patient, and helpful. He was also very respectful of social distance during this cautious time. While I was in the store, a few other customers came in. Regardless of the diverse ages, dress styles, and native language of all the customers, Rich treated each person with the exact same level of respect and amazing customer service. It was a pleasant experience in every way, and I am very glad I selected this store and location.

The owner, Rich, was extremely detailed in the description of bed options we came in search of. He was honest about comparisons to brands he did not carry, and had statistics to back each mattresses worth. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into a sales environment, but I felt no pressure to leave with a purchase. Excellent experience overall.
Rich was amazing very helpful from the minute we walked in! we went in for pillows and they had many of options he asked our preference and helped us decide especially me we laid on our similar bed to try many of pillows it was easy and I felt good about buying that pillows thanks to Rich! He was very knowledgeable about his stuff very happy with my purchase so glad I came to this location definitely will be back to see rich for any of my bedding needs!! Thanks again !!!
Kyle was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about bedding. I am so looking forward to receiving my new adjustable bed. I was a little concerned about shopping during the pandemic but Kyle made every effort to keep me and the other couple in the store safe.
