I called Columbus Piano Moving and got an appointment for the next day! Their customer service representative was helpful in making the appointment, the price was very fair, and the movers the next day were punctual, professional, and careful with both my new piano and hardware floors. If you're looking for a piano mover in the Columbus area I highly recommend!

We are so happy with our experience with Integrity. Communication prior to the move was great and their pricing can’t be beat. Jon, Clayton and Steven were wonderful! Polite, efficient and wore masks the entire move. They moved a very large sectional from our fourth floor apartment and didn’t bat an eye. They took great care to ensure that they kept our new carpet clean and they were extremely professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone and would hire them again in a heartbeat. I hired this company to move my grandmother's upright player piano into my new apartment. We had tried to move it ourselves but it was just far too heavy, and the casters kept falling out whenever we did manage to lift it a bit - very unwieldy.nnI was very pleased with my experience with Columbus Piano Moving. I requested a quote online and got a call back promptly, the price was reasonable, and their crew was punctual, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely give them a call first the next time I move.

Provided a 4 hour window on Saturday 4/03/21 from 8:00-12:00 with a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. Nobody called, nobody arrives... At 12:15 I called the corporate office - no answer. Left a message. 12:20 the driver calls - no apology wants to know if I want to re-schedule...wow. Upon arrival movers not wearing masks. It goes on and on. Will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them. Left another message to corporate office on 4/05. Still no answer, still no return phone call. That tells you all you need to know.

I have used Integrity Moving on several occasions. I like to hunt for Antiques and when I find them, I buy them. My taste runs toward big, heavily carved and extremely heavy antiques. Every time I have purchased one, Integrity has gone to that place that I purchased it from and loaded it up and brought it to my house and put it in whatever room I wanted it in. They have also come to my house when we were remodeling and moved Antiques and other furniture from room to room so that we could work on whatever room we were doing at that time. Just recently we used them for a local move to a new house and once again they came through. These guys are professional they are courteous and they know their stuff. They are extremely careful they take great cautions with your treasures. They actually work very well together and they work in unison when they move large pieces. There’s a lot of communication and I’ve never had a problem with them or a reason to complain. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of moving services. I personally will not use any other moving company except Integrity. The gals in the office Ali and Lindsey are always a huge help in getting everything organized as well. Save yourself the headache and hire Integrity Movers. You’ll be glad you did!
