On 4/1 I picked up uhaul the tank was on 1/4th of a tank and I was told to bring it back how I received it. Once I returned the uhaul at 1/4th a tank.Ireceived my bill stating i was charged for 5 extra gallons of gas at 5 bucks a gallon. Gas is not five bucks a gallon this is ridiculous I don’t recommend to anyone else.
Your phone waiting hours is terrible. No matter how early i called , it is still unnessaaary waiting time is 20 mins. I have to give up and find other rental truck company even though i like uhual truck for rent.

Great place to rent from always has what I need
A complete disappointment, was rented the wrong car hauler was told they have solid floors. Come to find out they don't even carry solid floor haulers. Then I was told I would get a rebate for early drop off , the manager Martha is a liar she told corporate she spoke to me which she never did. I had to fight to get my money back and the entire experience was just stressful from start to finish. I was refunded for the car hauler n dolley only. They lied about early rebate drop off.
