How do you reach corporate office? I have a issue

I went in to get service they were ok. The Lady manager with Blonde hair seems fair. Just a very serious person. I forgot some documents and couldn't get them right away. Along with with her saying she had to verify with my Landlord. I told her that's fine I don't really get along with the landlord. Later I decided to move and because I never came back and got their service. I got something forwarded in the mail from her finding a way to verify my landlord and address and everything I put on my application was true so she didn't have to call the Landlord and to come get their promotion coming up.

Manager Beth and assistant manager Matt .great people respectful overall great people and the quality of products and the priceing great ,Been with Rent a center since 2018 never had one problem ..Would give more stars if possible ..

This is one of those instances where if I could leave zero stars I would. A friend of mine has used their services for years and as with most lease-to-own type places the payments can be a little much and when you pay late the late fees don't help that, obviously. The only redeeming quality of RAC is that they will take the stuff back even if its been used so you're not locked into paying for something you don't need, don't want, or can't afford. Well, actually, it would be their only redeemable quality if they actually just took it when you asked. Instead, this store likes to try and work things out with their customers (normally a good thing) and delay things and push it back, putting their customers into deeper holes that they can't afford and then blow up their phone with calls and voicemails about missed payments. After the customer has told you they can't afford it, come take it. If you tell them on a Friday, you are not going to be able to make next week's payment, you're rethinking this, can you just come get it? They shouldn't tell you well you're a special case, I need to get the manager in on this, you know I can't approve this without her, and then delay the conversation until it's time to pay. It's honestly disgusting and just gives them more money in the end. I know the appeal of these places, but you're better off using a line of credit to purchase something outright. Increment payments and money hungry controlling store management are not worth it.

I have dealt with this companies location on Parsons ave for a while now AND I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. The manager Beth needs training on good customer service. Every reference listed was harassed and can not be removed from their call list so be mindful when you list references. Further down the street on the 1900 block you will find at least three other appliances and furniture store that will give you a much better deal and experience for your hard earned money
