Omar is a great sales person and is very easy to work with. Trevor was very helpful and efficient loading my purchase into my vehicle.
The shop on the Broad street has nice sales person especially Omar. They treat all well and equal. But the other store that's found on the Livingston rd, OMG.....they have a very very very...... poor customer service. Very poor. I will never go back again.
I wanted to share my experience with Furniture Land East as I've used them twice now over the past 3 years & I'm preparing to use them again. I've also referred others who have had a great experience. The store has a great selection of furniture options from budget to high end...they offer financing options & very prompt delivery...they set up everything & I have never had an issue...I have comparison shopped at Value City, Big Lots & other places and I found Furniture Land offered the best options for what I was looking for. I highly recommend them!!
