Anthony is awful. Made me feel like I couldn’t get my pieces. Also price switched on me, gave me a number then magically it changed. I was just trying to get a good deal but instead I left defeated and feeling misled . Would stay far away with them keeping someone like this on staff ... there’s sales people then there’s this guy and he’s just not someone I’d want to be around.

I have had a GREAT experience with this store ( Whitehall , Ohio EnBroad St.)nTucker is very helpful and knowledgeable.nHe tries to figure different ways to get what you need. He suggest different things for your home too, you won't be dissappointed.

So a friend of mine went to get bunk bed for the kids. They say they will deliver before 5pm so he takes away old bed and clears the room. 5 comes and goes no new bed. Next day call back and they apologize say by 5 that day still never show up. Call again on 3rd day of no bed for kids and lady says she don’t like his attitude to get his money back and go somewhere else!!!!! 3 days of no bed for kids after paying for one is ridiculous! Bandits.nnThey’ll do everything to screw you over. They’ll hang up on you (unbelievably rude), charge you late fees even though you’re paying on time, and refuse to help with the smallest inconvenience.nnNever rent, just buy it.
