James was really helpful with assisting me with purchasing my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and my series 6 Apple Watch. I am really satisfied with the products and it was more like a conversation rather than employee/customer.. he was able to laugh and joke all while getting the job done. So multi tasking is his thing. He deserves a raise, way to go James.

Cam & Larry are the BEST Mobile Experts! I have never been to this location before, but they were very professional with me, and while handling an upset customer. With Saturday being a busy day for them, they made me feel like my service was a priority. Their level of customer service is definitely the reason I will make this location my home store. Ask for Larry or Cam if you have to stop here, you will not be disappointed!

I visit your store on E. Main St. on three different occasions and I worked with a lady by the name of Susie she was such a great help she was polite and she was patient I’m a senior citizen that had switch services I left T-Mobile and went to another service and I was having trouble with my bill I continue to call customer service and I continue to call them and never got any place Susie talk with them on several occasions and explain to them about the time that I had invested in thisI was at a point of no return and with her kindness and her patient I And the help that she gave me I was able to solve my problem customer service over the phone was very rude to me and to also Susie she should be commended for the outstanding Customer service that she shows to customers when they enter your store way to go Miss Susie

Larry in the Whitehall location in Maine St was the best experience I could have ever had. He was charismatic, passionate, friendly, and educated. Helped me figure out what I needed, was hilarious, didn’t make me feel rushed. 10/10 customer service! Could not say enough great things about this worker!nnAlso- their Covid safety was top tier. I felt very safe and could tell they had a strict policy to follow which was 100% followed.nnGreat experience and hope to have the chance to work with Larry the next time in I’m! :)
