Order a cake party pack from the Reynoldsburg store over a week before daughter's party, got a call the day before the party saying they couldn't fulfill the order because they did not have everything in stock. Have called three other stores 2 didn't answer. The Whitehall store answered said they have it all and they could fulfill the order but they don't take orders over the phone only through their website or in person. Since I'm at work, now I'm scrambling to get this all done last minute after preparing and thought I had everything set for over a week. So I go the online route but they do not offer the cake bundle online that I had requested that they said they had. So disappointed with this at multiple stores.
The cake was nice and moist, however I was told the bubbles would go away once the cake thawed in about 15 mins. Hours went by and the cake still had bubbles once the cake thawed. I have bought all my cakes for the past 2 years from Walmart and even have talked family members into switching after this I’m not so sure anymore.
